We ship worldwide and deliver your parcels using Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide. You can choose your preferred method of delivery when you place your order with us online. We hand pack your items using only cardboard and tissue paper to help protect the planet. 

We want your orders to arrive in good time and will dispatch within 24 hours Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY
(excluding UK Islands, Isle of Wight)

Orders under £40

o   Royal Mail Second Class (untracked) - £3,75  (2-3 business days from dispatch)

o   Royal Mail First Class (untracked) - £4,10 (1-3 business days from dispatch)

Orders over £40

o   Royal Mail Second Class (untracked) – FREE (2-3 business days from dispatch)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Europe

o   International Tracked & Signed - £16,75 (3-5 working days from dispatch)

Rest Of World

o   International Tracked & Signed - £28 (5-7 working days from dispatch)

Love Mom doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid a delay in delivery.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will assume that your items have been delivered without problems.  

Returns

At Love Mom our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. Once goods have been inspected, we will make reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
